Well we are back from an 11 day trip and tour of the Northeast and coastal region of our beautiful country. We crossed some great bridges to reach some dear friends that live far away....



First stop was Richmond, Virginia to visit Lindsay and Carlos and their twin boys, Oliver and Gabriel.









We watched some essential World Cup matches and checked out the Children's Museum.

Of course, Daddy and John rode on the Giraffe Train!

Then it was off to Newport, Rhode Island, where Daddy had to work and Mommy and Johnny got to play!
Next stop was Vermont to visit our friends Caroline and Dean and their little man, Raiford. We had some awesome food and farm time - enjoying animals, cheese, flatbread, fireworks and campfires!

The trip closed with some fun days on the road where we enjoyed some Rest Area picnics and some Hot Hot Heat!!!

John was an AWESOME Road-Tripper! We couldn't believe how content he was to look out the window or just check out his books. We are super proud of out little Dude and we are looking forward to some more fun Road Trips! Thanks to all our buddies who hosted us on this Great Family Vacation!
