When Nan Came to Town

Well, here we are quickly approaching the completion of week 32, and commencing some serious panic over preparation. I've decided that I'll never quite be ready for Wolfgang's arrival, but I sure would like to be a little more prepared!

My mom paid us a visit last week and she helped us immensely on the preparation front. She painted the nursery for us!! More pics to follow on that soon. We then headed down to Warner Robins for Turkey Day, Adam's 29th birthday, and a few days of family time.

10 weeks and counting...

Yup, it's hard to believe that in 10 weeks, we will be responsible for something other than a rambunctious collie with a daft name. With that being said, we couldn't be more excited! The nursery will start to actually resemble a habitable room soon, and Adam should quite frankly be knighted for the hard work and endless hours that he has put into turning that room around... with the help of a far-more-skilled local handyman!

Vicki is keeping very well and Wolfgang continues to make his presence known by using her various organs as a trampoline! Woo hoo! The poor lass is occasionally put in some discomfort while partridge jr decides to do a 3-hour-long backflip, but for the most part he is quite considerate in his choice of activities.

Super Pregnant Chick!

Her chief elements are fear and surprise....no, wait, that's the spanish inquisition. Super Pregnant Chick just hangs out on her porch distributing sweets/candy to small children during the local halloween festivites, while her husband dresses up as a ghostbuster for the fourth consecutive year. Well, if it ain't broke...

Super Pregnant Chick is doing very well. All tests indicate that everyone and everything is very healthy. Wolfgang is getting pretty active and SPC is feeling every kick and hand gesture now. Other than that, there's not much else to report! All is good at Peartree Manor!
